Oltreforma presents TINTURE, a creative workshop dedicated to colors and natural dyeing.
From flowers, spices, leaves, and fruit and vegetable peels, surprising colors can emerge. In this workshop we will explore the magic of natural dyes, experimenting with how to extract pigments from simple plant-based materials.
Drawing inspiration from the art of Venetian dyers, we will focus on discovering hues obtained from waste materials and everyday products. Vegetables, spices, and natural materials will become our colors—unique and unexpected—as we experiment with decorating paper and textiles.
