Royal Divorce presents Museologically Speaking Studio II on October 9 and 10, a performance developed as part of their fellowship at Scuola Piccola Zattere.

The performance explores the grammar of museum behavior and the passivity of the spectator through the guided tour. An extinct species awakens among the galleries: an enigmatic creature, at once a living artifact and a radical visitor, observes and is observed. The project intertwines creative process and critical analysis of the museum as a dispositif, involving the institution and its visitors as active audiences and interlocutors. The objects and artworks on display become evidence of a vanished civilization, prompting an inquiry into the museum as archive, collective ritual, and space of power.
